How long have you been in business?
Since 1994. I began as a cruise only agency. In 2002 I moved from my storefront to my home office and began selling land vacations.
What is your primary product or service?
70 % of my business is land tours and River cruises to Europe.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was looking for my own business and purchased a franchise. I was a teacher and taught remedial reading and math. It was an easy transition to teach adults about travel.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Very personal service as I handle all aspects of my business. My son, Jason, worked with me years ago and is my backup when necessary.
