How long have you been in business?
Our firm was initially established in 1981. Prior to that, Mr. Ostermueller was with 2 national/ international CPA/Management Consulting firms and with multiple US private & publicly-held banks/. trust companies Ass't Treasurer & Auditor, & as CFO., and with a national health care design-build firm as a Board -level Project & Financial Adviser/ Sales Representative for client projects across the US.
What is your primary product or service?
Business Valuations, litigation/ forensic support and Executive Compensation Fairness Determinations and related advisory & Expert Witness services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
'Asked by attorneys to perform assignments to value entities or quantify damages & testify in disputes and in financial advisory matters, which led to start-up of my own national business brokerage franchise/ Merger & Acquisition/ Consulting firm, then to formation of my own CPA-based Business Valuation & Litigation Support boutique firm.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Applying the highest level of professional standards, credentials, independence and integrity in our client valuation and advisory assignments and in our dispute resolution and court-related testimonies across the US in multiple State & Federal Courts & in multiple Canadian Supreme Courts.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located centrally in the US, in the St. Louis Missouri area and have provided our services to clients accross the UD, Canada & the UK form that location...We have been active participants in a US/ Canadian invitation-only group of professional firms' Business Valuation & Litigation Support practices (The Financial Consulting Group, or "FCG") and we regularly use or combine resources with those firms in service to our clients & in assisting them to serve specialized needs of their clients.

Retainer Fee plus Hourly billings & project expenses via normal check, direct funds transfers and credit card facilities.
