JESS now has a Business Advisory Council as part of our consultant services. The overall purpose of the Business Advisory Council is to provide a business perspective for strategic direction and provide advice to support the planning, delivery and evaluation of JESS services and programming. At this time we only have one office, however, we provide services to the entire St Louis Metro area
