How long have you been in business?
Total Comfort Group has been in business since 1999. Prior to 1999 we were known as Edmiston Heating and Air Conditioning since 1982. Our company has always been a family run business. The founder Larry Edmiston has been in the heating and cooling trade since the late 70's.
What is your primary product or service?
The very best Service and Installation of Heating and Cooling Equipment for our customers existing and new. We also install Water Heaters and repair gas leaks.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We try to be the value leader in our service area. We feel we offer our customers the best service at the best price. We are not high pressure salesman trying to sell you things you don't need. We pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity.

Cash, Check, Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX
Which areas do you service?
South County, West County, Arnold, Kirkwood, Webster, U City, St. Louis City, Creve Coeur, Richmond Heights, Brentwood, Ladue, Clayton, Chesterfield, Ballwin, Wildwood...among others.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
It is an Edmiston Family effort to keep the business going. We all cover multiple positions to keep our customers happy and well served.
What are your hours of operation?
Basic Hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri, however we make special appointments if our customers need them. We are also available 24 hours for emergency service.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Truly our best compliment is a new customer referral. We know our service is appreciated when we get a call and they tell us one of our customers gave them our number.
