I saw Dr. Soffer many years ago. She was my first experience of Doctors in the psychological world. She had me coming at first once a week, and then twice a week. Each time we discussed my past and I found myself getting more and more depressed. After each session I felt worse, finally got to the point after several months that I felt like I was on the verge of nervous breakdown. Lois Soffer took advantage of my young age and really milked me for every penny I had. The worse I felt the better it was for her pocketbook. Beware of this psychologist. Don't let all the letters after her name fool you into thinking that she knows what she's doing or wants you to heal.
